RC Remote with increased resolution

Posted by admin on Samstag 10 Dezember 2016

For my recent addiction to FPV racing I felt the original version of UnoJoy does not provide enough resolution to control precisely.
So I patched the original version and updated my Arduino code.
You find a new .hex file and the complete Arduino code in my dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/4fxa55napu0leg2/AAAlarZvOTDvEpadoomsMBexa?dl=0

Enjoy!

PS: My adapter works with all FPV drone simulators I’ve tests. For example FPV Freerider, Velocidrone and the DRL simulator

    Hi.
    Thanks for your post.
I like to use FS-i6 with ia6b for simulator on mac.
    When i compiling i have
fatal error: EnableInterrupt.h: No such file or directory
    #include
    ^
    compilation terminated.
    exit status 1
Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.

    Flightsim is in arduino library
    In Flightsim is
    Enableinterrupt folder
    flightsim.ino
    Unojoy.h

    Some advace?
    Thanks

    Hi.
please try to import EnableInterrupt in your arduino libraries or simply copy the folder there. This should fix your problem.
Let me know if that works!

    Hi
    Thanks for replay.
I imported EnableInterrupt in Arduino Libraries, compiling and uploading Its perfect.
But ,i use arduino clone or dccduino uno and no DFU because is using ch340 chip for usb connection.
Till arrive “arduino” i will check another project with teensy.
    Thanks again for your help

A friend of mine had the same issue with his clone. You an also give that product a try, which is more or less the same as I proposed here with an arduino: http://www.banggood.com/IRangeX-FPV-Wireless-Simulator-For-PWM-PPM-S_BUS-DSM2-Receiver-p-1083772.html

Can you link me to that other project?
    Thanks!

Hello, i’m trying to connect my fsi6 to the pc via a reciever pwm able, i followed all the process you described.
1 upload the sketch, no problem on that
2 connect radio reciever ch 1/2/3/4 to pin 2/3/4/5
3 put arduino in DFU mode, upload .hex file, unplug and replug
4 arduino is recognized as controller, but in the proprieties of joystick, i just see everything moving randomly and blinking.

can you explain me why this is happening, and if there’s a solution?
PS is 3 days that i’m trying to archieve this! :(
    Thanks for your help
